Marcin Otorowski is Deputy Team Leader Development.He studied Mechatronics and has a Masters in Computer Science. His career in development started in 2005, when he worked as freelancer UI designer / programmer, specializing in web-based development and data integration. He has also a strong packaging experience, first for his private projects and then as a consultant and certified trainer for Raynet. Working in many medium- and big size packaging projects let him understand challenges and issues packagers and managers have to face in order to meet the high-quality requirements within dedicated time. Being a passionate about new technologies and designs, he developed the distinctive style of RaySuite applications and is currently the desktop UI/UX visionary within Raynet. As one of the lead Packaging Suite developers, he implemented solutions that solve complex problems leveraging simplicity and modern user experience designs. Kenneth van Surksum works as a senior consultant at Insight24 and is specialized in public and private cloud solutions based on Azure and System Center. Kenneth also works with client management solutions based on System Center Configuration Manager and Intune (part of EMS+S). Kenneth is Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and has multiple certifications. Kenneth has received the MVP and VMware vExpert award multiple times. Mikael Nyström is a Microsoft MVP and Principal Technical Architect at TrueSec, with an extremely broad field of competence. He has worked with all kind of infrastructure tasks in all kind of environments, enterprise to small business. He is working deep within products such as Microsoft System Center, Windows and Windows Server. Mikael is a very popular instructor and is often used by Microsoft for partner trainings as well as to speak at major conferences such as TechEd, Ignite, MMS and TechDays, etc. Currently Mikael’s main work is either helping customers to deploy Windows 10 clients or building Software Defined Datacenters, in other words, Hyper-V, Storage Spaces and System Center. |

Horatiu Vladasel is an IT Professional with over 10 years’ experience in application packaging and deployment, starting his career as an application packager at IBM where he worked as part of BAU Packaging Team. He moved to UK in 2013 and, so far, he has worked with companies such as British Telecom or Nationwide Building Society. During his career he was involved in quite a few migration projects – XP to Windows 7, IE 8 to IE 11, Office 2010 to Office 365 and most recently Windows 7 to Windows 10 and App-V4 to App-V 5. He has recently joined Advanced Installer team, as a technical adviser, in order to help them to enhance the capabilities and features of this tool by sharing his view and experience.
